First of all, thanks to all of you for wanting to be a part of this wonderful journey. I appreciate all your efforts, and timely responses to my requests. Without you, we would not be able to bring people together to heal.

This retreat is a powerful testament to our shared mission of compassion and healing. I'm honored to be working alongside such a talented and dedicated group of professionals. Together, we will create a truly memorable and transformative experience for our guests. I'm so grateful for your passion and commitment. We will offer our guests a truly holistic and unforgettable experience. Thank you for sharing your gifts and for helping to make this vision a reality. 🙏

I still require a few things from you:

  • Please sign the practitioner waiver (or available below), by September 19, 2025.
  • Proof of practice insurance. Please send to kaizenergies@gmail.com.
  • $80 for your practitioner cost to the event.
  • Follow your teammates on Instagram, to share event posts on your feeds, to help gain participants.
  • A volunteer to assist with welcoming participants first thing in the morning on both days, during the check-in. This would be confirming participants are on the guest list, and have them enter their names into a draw for your prizes. Please let me know if you would like to help with this.

What to Expect:

  • Your Practice:
    • 75-minute time slot to lead your modality/practice.
    • Promotion of the event on your social media.
    • Contribution of a prize or gift for attendees.
  • Your Cost:
    • $80 total for your timeslot and lunch 
      (Please send E.transfer or PayPal to kaizenergies@gmail.com)
    • If your practice requires a second person, only one lunch per day is provided.
  • Your Benefits:
    • $80 is the cost of a 2-hour room rental for a typical practice (range $25-$75 per hour).
      • You also receive 
        • Lunch both days: A catered lunch ($33/day value - includes catering and gratuity). 
          • Please list any allergies or dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).
        • Networking: An opportunity to connect with other like-minded practitioners in Edmonton (invaluable)
        • Free Access: Attend all other practices at no charge (a value of over $459)
        • Advertising your brand:  Exposing your business via co-practitioner marketing and in-person experiences (invaluable)

Requirements:

  • Contribution of a prize or gift for attendees.
  • Post on socials twice weekly (story or grids on Instagram, or Facebook), as best as possible.
  • Collaborate with other practitioners on IG posts
  • Share other practitioner YEG Wellness Retreat posts on your IG stories / Facebook

Remember, the goal is to fill spots. The more spots filled, the more you are paid per participant.

The challenge will be seeking participants. Please try to get the word out as much as possible. This will be a collaborative effort. Paul C will not be able to do it all on his own.

  • Chairs and tables will be removed, with stacked chairs on the side for anyone who wants them.
