Q: Who is this retreat for? A: This retreat is for anyone seeking to de-stress, explore new healing practices, and connect with a like-minded community. It is suitable for both beginners new to these modalities and those with previous experience who wish to deepen their practice.

Q: Do I need to have experience with any of the modalities? A: No prior experience is necessary! Our practitioners are skilled at guiding all levels, from beginners to advanced. They will provide clear instructions and a welcoming atmosphere for you to explore each practice at your own pace.

Q: I've registered, how to I pay for the retreat? A: Once you register, your submitted form will be reviewed. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response from the retreat coordinators for payment details.

Q: What is a Sound Bath? A: A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in the sounds and vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and gongs. The sounds are designed to help you enter a deeply relaxed state, promoting stress reduction and healing.

Q: What is Breathwork? A: Breathwork is the practice of consciously changing your breathing patterns to access altered states of consciousness. It can help release emotional tension, quiet the mind, and increase clarity and energy.

Q: What is Intuitive Building? A: Intuitive Building is a creative, hands-on process where you use simple materials to create something from a place of intuition, rather than a plan. It is designed to help you connect with your inner wisdom and creativity.

Q: What is Somatic Therapy? A: Somatic Therapy is a body-centered approach to healing that focuses on the mind-body connection. It helps you become aware of physical sensations and emotions in your body to release stored stress and trauma.

Q: What is Tai Chi? A: Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese practice that involves slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and meditation. It is often described as "meditation in motion" and is known to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Q: What is QHHT? A: QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a form of deep hypnosis that can help you access a deeper part of yourself, often referred to as your Higher Self. The goal is to gain insights and facilitate personal healing on a profound level.

Q: What should I bring? A: We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for movement and relaxation, a water bottle, and a journal or notebook for personal reflections. While we provide equipment like yoga mats, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Q: What about meals? A: We provide a nourishing and delicious lunch on both days of the retreat. We can accommodate common dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) if you notify us in advance. Coffee and Tea are served all day.

Q: I have a medical condition. Can I still attend? A: If you have a medical condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before attending. We have a clear safety policy that states you should observe any sessions that may be physically or emotionally challenging for you. Your health and safety are our top priority.

Q: Will I have free time? A: The retreat schedule is designed to be well-paced, including time for sessions, meals, and short breaks. The intention is to provide a fully immersive experience.

Q: What is the retreat's policy on a scent-free environment? A: We are committed to a scent-free environment for the health and comfort of all guests. We kindly ask that you refrain from using any scented products, including perfumes, colognes, or strongly scented lotions, while at the retreat.
